Remorseful (no, not really ...) and after a whole flood of advice and legal information is outdated, we decided to pay the required amount to the fraudster.
The "second", but never received router was ultimately charged by the telephone with the 100 € credit - which was in response to our letter & fax surge of last month, on Friday afternoon came by mail - so we have Telekom 92, - must pay €.
More generally safe not much money, if you belong to Germany, but not officially existing lower class a lot ...!
