Once you are in the cycle of problems with Deutsche Telekom, is one out there not so fast.
Slowly it is ridiculous!
This morning was the second lawyer letter ALTHOUGH we respond to the first of 02.01.2009, and have referred the required amount at 07:01:09 wrongly.
Dated on the day this came 13:01:09 ..:
system with the transfer receipt and the corresponding bank statement was a response immediately by fax out to the ladies and gentlemen. Whether it is at this writing is probably to the "second" router? Probably not, since now the strange way the Telekom has reported:

Since you have not untwrschrieben the first speed port, which was received on 19.09.2008, we will refund the purchase price of 49.99 € gross and the shipping costs of € 6.99 gross with your next Telecom bill. (...)
Aha! And why the second lawyer letter?
we wait to re-fax! Or will we once again for weeks and months wait for an answer to Brief-/Fax-Bombardement while ringing until the state? By telephone at least they could not be reached several times ...!
